Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Baking Sheet & Oven

  • Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together for about 5 minutes until pale and fluffy.
