- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate in 30-sec intervals, stirring between each. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Spread melted chocolate on the sheet, then sprinkle Oreos and peppermint candy.
- Lightly press toppings in and refrigerate for 20–30 mins until set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Swaps: Use dark chocolate for a richer taste or gluten-free Oreos for a GF version.
- Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temp (1 week) or freeze (3 months).
