Easy S’mores Protein Balls Recipe

These no-bake S’mores Protein Balls combine protein powder, nut butter, and crushed graham crackers for a healthy, s’mores-inspired snack. Perfect for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or a quick treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers into crumbs.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Warm nut butter & honey, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet & dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Vegan? Use vegan marshmallows & maple syrup.
  • Gluten-free? Swap for gluten-free graham crackers.
