Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers into crumbs.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Warm nut butter & honey, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine wet & dry ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Vegan? Use vegan marshmallows & maple syrup.
- Gluten-free? Swap for gluten-free graham crackers.
- Want crunch? Roll in crushed nuts or cacao nibs.
