- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Be cautious not to slice through the other side.
- Make the Filling

- Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
- Stuff the Chicken
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast. Use toothpicks to secure the opening if necessary.

- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the stuffed chicken for a crispy finish.
